Steve, Pitmaster
After prioritizing my family, I returned to my love of culinary arts and spent several years preparing dishes for various steakhouses and cafes, serving corporations such as Hewlett-Packard and Packard Bell.
This experience led me to create my own catering business in 1996. By becoming an independent pitmaster, I get to share one of my favorite things with you – through food, flavor, and a great experience.

One of my greatest joys is sharing my love of smokey, flavorful, BBQ, and now with my BBQ trailer – my “kitchen on wheels” –, I have the chance to do just that! I will keep your meat safe, and your experience great.
